Most athletes though, think that if they just keep trying to dunk over and over again without the proper training they will be able to play above the rim in no time and yes, this does happen from time to time, but these athletes are the ones that are 6' 3" and above. The Vertical Project - Learn How to Jump Higher
Well, believe it or not, it is still very possible for you to be able to increase your vertical leap and posterize the guy guarding you and the system is call the vertical project. Once again, if you are like me in any way, then you are extremely skeptical especially when it comes to someone telling you that you can do something, like dunking a basketball, that you have never done or even come close to.
The fact of the matter is that it is very possible if you have the determination and desire to want to play above the rim with the big boys on the basketball court. There are a lot and I mean a lot of increasing your vertical leap systems out there that try and convince you to use their system, their product or their special magical drink that will get you dunking in no time (which I think is hilarious, like a drink is going to make you jump higher), but the fact of the matter is that is all on you.

Review: The Vertical Project

If you are like me and have been playing ball for awhile, but can't exactly dunk yet and have gotten hung on the rim one to many times, then the vertical project has your name written all over it!
I not going to lie, their are a lot of products and workouts out there that say they can improve your vertical leap or get you dunking in no time and that may be true, but out of all these different ways I have only seen with MY OWN EYES, that the vertical project actually, sincerely works.
This isn't coming from an outta shape, non athletic, BS artist, it is coming from someone that has been ballin' for over ten years now on the playgrounds of Southern California. I am 26 years old now, and once again, I ain't going to lie to ya, I am somewhat on the downside of my basketball ability and have always wanted to get up and dunk on someone, but never had the hops (being white don't help either, white men can't jump is the truth!). So I gave the vertical project a try and I am not dunking quite yet, but I would be lying if I said I don't have hops!
All and all, I say it is worth a try as it is 100% satisfaction guaranteed, so if you aren't seeing results, just quit and send the shit back, plain and simple, but I think you will be impressed with the results if you get off your ass and apply yourself.
